Administrative Head’s Message

Ms. Arpita Negi

Administrative Head

“Every child matters — and every child deserves to be seen, challenged, and believed in.”

As an alumna of Navyug, this school has always been more than just a workplace for me — it’s home. I have walked through these corridors as a student, and today, I walk them again as a mentor and leader. That journey reminds me every day why Navyug is special — because here, we don’t just teach; we transform.

I believe that growth doesn’t happen in comfort. That’s why I often tell my students — “It’s okay to feel uncomfortable; that’s where real learning begins.” At Navyug, we gently push our children beyond their comfort zones — not to test them, but to help them discover how capable they truly are. Whether it’s through a new challenge, a stage performance, a debate, or a simple act of courage in class — these moments build strength, adaptability, and confidence.

As the Administrative Head, I connect deeply with every student’s journey — their fears, their dreams, their doubts. I want them to dream big, to set their sights not just on what they can see, but on what they can imagine. Because I know they have the power to reach heights they’ve never thought possible.

Being a part of Navyug is a reminder that strong roots build fearless wings. We hold our traditions close, but our minds open wide to the future. My mission is to ensure that every child who walks out of these gates leaves ready — ready to lead, to create, to question, and to make a difference.

For me, Navyug is not just an institution; it’s a heartbeat — one that echoes with the laughter, curiosity, and courage of every child who has ever called this place their school.
