School Policies

At Navyug Senior Secondary Public School, our policies are designed to ensure a safe, disciplined, and nurturing environment where every student can grow academically, socially, and emotionally. These guidelines reflect our core values — respect, responsibility, and integrity — and help create a culture of mutual understanding among students, parents, and teachers.

Parent–Teacher Interaction

We believe that a child’s success depends on strong collaboration between home and school. Parent–Teacher Interaction Meetings (PTMs) are held regularly to discuss each child’s academic progress, behaviour, and emotional well-being. These meetings provide an open platform to share feedback, celebrate achievements, and address any learning challenges together.

Parents are encouraged to stay actively involved and communicate freely with teachers through scheduled meetings or by seeking appointments with the Principal when required.

Award Policy

At Navyug, we celebrate effort, improvement, and excellence. Our award system motivates students to explore their potential and recognize their hard work across academic and co-curricular domains.

Annual Awards honour students for outstanding performance, leadership, sportsmanship, and community service.

Special recognition is also given for good conduct, creativity, and contribution to school life.

Certificates of Excellence and Certificates of Participation are awarded for achievements in academics, sports, and co-curricular activities.

Our goal is to help students develop intrinsic motivation — the joy of doing their best, not just winning.
