At Navyug Senior Secondary Public School, our policies are designed to ensure a safe, disciplined, and nurturing environment where every student can grow academically, socially, and emotionally. These guidelines reflect our core values — respect, responsibility, and integrity — and help create a culture of mutual understanding among students, parents, and teachers.
We believe that a child’s success depends on strong collaboration between home and school. Parent–Teacher Interaction Meetings (PTMs) are held regularly to discuss each child’s academic progress, behaviour, and emotional well-being. These meetings provide an open platform to share feedback, celebrate achievements, and address any learning challenges together.
Parents are encouraged to stay actively involved and communicate freely with teachers through scheduled meetings or by seeking appointments with the Principal when required.
At Navyug, we celebrate effort, improvement, and excellence. Our award system motivates students to explore their potential and recognize their hard work across academic and co-curricular domains.
Annual Awards honour students for outstanding performance, leadership, sportsmanship, and community service.
Special recognition is also given for good conduct, creativity, and contribution to school life.
Certificates of Excellence and Certificates of Participation are awarded for achievements in academics, sports, and co-curricular activities.
Our goal is to help students develop intrinsic motivation — the joy of doing their best, not just winning.
Discipline forms the backbone of character education at Navyug. We expect our students to uphold the highest standards of respect, behaviour, and personal responsibility — both inside and outside the school.
Integrity is a core value at Navyug. The use of unfair means in examinations or assignments is considered a serious violation of ethics and will result in cancellation of results and further disciplinary action, as per CBSE guidelines.
Students are expected to use digital tools responsibly. Cyberbullying, sharing inappropriate content, or disrespectful online behaviour towards peers or staff will be treated as a disciplinary offence.
Students are encouraged to be stewards of nature. Activities that promote cleanliness, waste reduction, and respect for the environment are integral to our school culture.
At Navyug Senior Secondary Public School, we follow a simple rule:
“Be respectful. Be responsible. Be kind.”
These values guide every policy and decision, ensuring that our school remains a safe, inclusive, and joyful space for all.
